1. DUROMAX SEALERKOTE 100
Based on two part epoxy and high performing additives, Solventless transparent DUROMAX SEALERKOTE 100 offers high quality, tough, semi flexible coating possesses excellent adhesion and bonds strongly to suitably prepared metal, wood and concrete surfaces. Suitable for sealing and as primer coat prior to final coat. Suitable for atmosphere where moisture, hydrocarbons, oils, alkalies and acids and fine particles are encountered. HDT [heat deflection temperature]: 65C. Solvented version available as DUROMAX SEALERKOTE 200.

2. DUROMAX COROKOTE 501
Based on two part epoxy and high performing additives, DUROMAX COROKOTE 501 offers high quality, tough, semi flexible coating possesses excellent chemical resistance, ultra violet stability and bonds strongly to suitably prepared metal, wood and concrete surfaces. Suitable for atmosphere where moisture, hydrocarbons, oils, alkalies and acids, fine particles are encountered. HDT [heat deflection temperature]: 65C. Also available DUROMAX COROKOTE 501PU for Exterior Top Coat.

3. DUROMAX CHEMKOTE 601
Based on high performance Resin Technology with high cross linking density, Solventless DUROMAX CHEMKOTE 601 coating is designed to meet the highest standerds of chemical resistance and corrosion, erosion and abrasion protection achievable. Excellent barrier coating tank inner lining. Suited to treatment of steel, concrete and brick in applications where acids alkalies, organic Solvents and aggressive process chemicals are encountered. HDT [heat deflection temperature]: 75-80C.

Solventless, high build epoxy protective coating possessing excellent heat resistance properties under ambient cure condition. Cures into a tough, semi-flexible coating with good chemical resistance and ultra violet stability. HDT [heat deflection temperature]: 100C.

Solventless, high build epoxy protective coating possessing exceptional heat resistance properties in combination with excellent chemical resistance under ambient cure conditions. HDT improves with Heat Cure. HDT [heat deflection temperature]: 125C.

ANTI ABRASION

6. DUROMAX ABRAKOTE 801
Solvent less high adhesion, high abrasion resistance putty offers broad spectrum service against abrasion, corrosion and chemical attack. Carefully pre-determined blend of ceramic particles is used to achieve the greatest packing density possible to maximize ceramic surface area exposed. DUROMAX ABRAKOTE 801 is thus designed for service in situations where finer particle abrasion essentially in a sliding mode or with a shallow angle of impact are encountered [generally mineral sands <1mm diameter particle size.

Applications:
Pumps, impellors, agitators, reclaimer buckets, trammel shells, crusher over flows, dredging pumps and bowls, etc.
Surface Preparation:
a) Brush away loose contaminants. Remove dirt, oil, grease, paint, etc.
b) Sand the surface till the necessary standard of cleanliness can be achieved to a depth of 75 microns.
c) If sand blasting not possible, clean the surface with mechanical sander to a near white finish. Clean finally thoroughly with Duromax GP Clean cleane
Application:
Mix all the content of part B with Part A and stir thoroughly for 2-3 Minutes. Apply using hand or knife on cleaned surface
7. DUROMAX SUPER PUTTY
High adhesion, machineable Putty offers broad spectrum service against pitting and galling, corrosion and chemical attack. Carefully pre-determined blend of fillers is used to achieve the good packing density with machinability. Also suitable for sealing of oil,water leakages. Temperature resistance upto 75C. DUROMAX SUPER PUTTY(FC) sets in 5 minutes suitable for online leakages.

8. DUROMAX WEAR RESISTANT PUTTY
High adhesion, high abrasion, modrrate impact wear resistance Putty offers broad spectrum service against abrasion, corrosion and chemical attack. Carefully pre-determined blend of fillers is used to achieve the good packing density with machinability. Temp Resistance upto 80C.

9. DUROMAX CERAKOTE 101/ DUROMAX CERAKOTE 101HT
Solventfree tough composite epoxy resin base with fine graded ceramic particles of extreme hardness and abrasion resistance. Superior adhesive strength, high corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties. Higher fine particle ceramic content offers smooth surface, therefore significantly better performance. HDT {heat deflection temperature}:. HDT of DUROMAX CERAKOTE 101HT : 125c continuous and 175 c intermittent.

Provides a hard wearing, hygienic, chemical resistant finish. May be laid as a traditional high glaze finish or with the inclusion of coarse aggregate to provide a profiled trafficable surface with non skid properties. Trafficable in 24 hours. Broad spectrum chemical resistance and U.V. stability. Also available DUROMAX CHEMFLOOR 202 for high chemical resistant flooring.

17. DUROMAX GP CLEAN 001
Detergent based high foaming, concentrated general purpose cleaner and degreaser. Can be diluted with water to 1:10 to 1:100 solution, depending on severity of application making it a economical replacement of Diesel and Kerosin oil.
18. DUROMAX RUST CLEAN 002
Highly concentrated rust remover. Can be diluted with water to 1:10 to 1:100 solution, depending on severity of application making it very economical.
